Hey guys Dylan Lavin here! How are we all doing?
It’s great to see so many new faces within the community!
As you may or may not know I have been taking a little bit of time away from The Social Traders due to some personal circumstances but hopefully I should be back fully active within the next 10 days or so.
For the time being I will be sharing a couple of set ups that I have my eye on throughout the week.
Let’s get it!
EURAUD is looking great on the 4H, we’re clearly trending to the upside and we’re breaking highs.
I have tried to annotate this chart as best I can to help with breaking this down.
We have taken liquidity from the low and we have also seen two consecutive breaks of high that suggest an uptrend.
We had imbalance below as well as a build up of liquidity that was going to give cause for prices to move lower.
I have highlighted a 4H order block here that I will be looking to frame an entry from.
(Chart from last night, so price has developed slightly)
Zooming in slightly we can see that there is no volume from sellers here.
Price is trickling lower in a corrective fashion. This suggests to me that it’s only a matter of time until we see an impulse back to the upside.
We can also see that there is liquidity resting above each lower high that the market will look to go and sweep.Now monitoring price into our 4H order block.
Once price enters our area of interest I’ll be zooming into the lower timeframes to execute one of our LTF entry models.
I will not just be jumping in, It will typically look something like this.
Again, I will want to see two consecutive breaks of structure to the upside down in order to establish a bullish trend.
I will them look to highlight my LTF orders and set a limit.
